Personal data notice (Aydınlatma Metni)

This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you register for Feel-Form Live · Torino. It is given under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for the Obligation to Inform.

1. Data controller

Feel-Form, the organiser of this event. Contact for all personal data questions: hello@feel-form.ai.

2. Personal data we process

• Identity: first name and last name.
• Contact: email address and phone number.
• Professional (optional): organisation and job title.
• Questionnaire: how you heard about the event.
• Consent records: the choices you made on the registration form, the notice version and the date and time you submitted it.

3. Purposes of processing

• Registering you for the event and managing attendance, badges and entry to the venue.
• Sending you the confirmation and practical information about the event, including changes to the time or programme.
• Understanding which channels bring attendees to our events (questionnaire answer).
• Keeping a record of your consent and meeting our legal obligations.
• Only if you tick the optional box: sending you news about future Feel-Form events and products.

4. Method of collection and legal basis

We collect your data electronically, directly from you, through the registration form. We rely on the following legal grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Registration and event communications: processing is necessary for the establishment and performance of a contract, namely your event registration (Art. 5(2)(c)).
• Consent records and legal requests: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5(2)(ç)).
• Channel analysis: our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5(2)(f)).
• Marketing messages: your explicit consent (Art. 5(1)), which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Who we share it with, and transfer abroad

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as follows:

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and the registration database. Its servers may be located outside Türkiye.
• The event team and the venue operator in Torino, Italy receive the attendee list (name and organisation) only as needed for badges, entry and safety at the venue.
• Public authorities receive data only when the law requires it.

Because these recipients are outside Türkiye, we transfer your data abroad under Article 9 of the KVKK on the basis of your explicit consent. You give or refuse that consent with the second checkbox on the form. We cannot register you without it, because the database and the event itself are outside Türkiye.

6. How long we keep it

We keep registration data until 12 months after the event (4 October 2027), then delete, destroy or anonymise it. If you agreed to marketing messages, we keep your name and contact details for that purpose until you withdraw your consent.

7. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

You have the right to:

1. learn whether your personal data is processed;
2. request information about the processing if it is;
3. learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose;
4. know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom your data is transferred;
5. request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
6. request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions in Article 7;
7. request that third parties who received your data be notified of any correction, deletion or destruction;
8. object to a result against you that arises only from automated analysis of your data;
9. claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

To use these rights, or to withdraw a consent, email hello@feel-form.ai from the address you registered with. We answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest (Art. 13). If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).

8. Attendees in the EU

The event takes place in Italy. If the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, you have the equivalent rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
